Artist Biography

Tamara Russell is a Textile Artist and passionate advocate of sustainable living, specialising in free machine embroidery, hand stitching and mending. In my textile practice, I explore my surroundings, interpreting what I see in embroidery. My work has been exhibited in the United Kingdom, Canada, the Netherlands and Australia and is in public and private collections. Tamara is the founder and curator of the Naarm Textile Collective.

Shipping is not included in the online artwork purchase price.

Artworks in the stockroom can be collected from the gallery at 45 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000 within one business day of purchase. Collection is available during gallery hours: Tuesday to Friday, 12–7pm, and Saturday, 12–4pm.
